Hi Had to take time off to write a positive review for pelvic floor physiotherapy for my rectal pain With 3 to 4 sessions which included stretching, breathing exercises and some other techniques my rectal pain was managed Now able to function well!! Also suggested me lifestyle advices Grateful!!

Excellent experience. My 14-year-old had urinary issues related to pelvic floor tightness. The physiotherapy sessions focused on relaxation and breathing, and the post-void resistance has reduced noticeably. Very caring and knowledgeable therapist. Would definitely recommend to pare

When we started rehab, my family member had zero movement in their left leg and struggled to even sit up straight without leaning. Thanks to consistent, repetitive physical and occupational therapy, the change has been incredible. They graduated from a heavy wheelchair to walking with an ankle brace, and just this month, they transitioned to walking short distances using only a standard cane! Their left-side weakness has vastly improved, and they are starting to regain fine motor grip in their left hand. Neuroplasticity is real—don't give up hope in the early months!

My husband has an accident in August 2024 and totally bed ridden due to nurves injury. Initially we started phijiotherapy by dr. Sheetal sheth madam. It is highly impossible to regain even small activity initially but according to her special style of therapy it is worked positively. After some recovery she suggested ms poonam gandhi for further nerve system related advance therapy. Now my husband can have better movments in his arms and can stand and walk with minimum help. Thank you very much to ms gandhi's consistency and her advance technology.
